Light Timers Available Through the Sebring CRA

The Sebring CRA is offering to purchase light timers for any Downtown Sebring organization, business or merchant light timer interested in using them at their location inside the CRA District. These light timers will allow business owners to leave lights on into evening hours even if the business is not open.  The benefits include:
  • Increase Safety - Break ins are reduced in well lit areas
  • Improve Visual Appeal - Downtown will appear 'alive' well into the wee hours of the night if all merchants use light timers to keep stores well lit at night
  • Increase Sales - If passers by can look into windows they could very well see something they are interested in and come back to purchase once store is open.
The CRA plans to purchase these timers and give to any merchants interested in using one.  If you are interested, please let Nellie in the CRA office know by Friday, June 14 at 5:00 PM either via phone (863) 471-5104 or email (NellieAlbarran@MySebring.com).  If you have questions about the timer itself, please call the CRA office directly.
