Super Awesome Customer Service: Every Customer is a VIP Customer

Before I joined Curve Dental I worked for many years for the 800-lb gorilla in the dental software business. I know what customer service is like there. It used to be very good. But that changed several years ago. Now, you can sit on hold for as long as 90 minutes before you speak to a live person. And when you do you may be speaking to somebody who's native language is not English and has no reference point for US or Canadian customs.

Customer Service at the bigger companies is managed by dollars, not customer satisfaction. The bigger companies are asking, "If our customers are willing to wait 10 minutes on hold, then they'll certainly wait 12 minutes, which means we can eliminate another customer service representative!"

That's not what you'll experience at Curve Dental. Every customer counts. Every customer is a VIP customer. At Curve Dental you'll be on a first-name basis with our customer service representatives. You'll come to like them so much you'll invited them over for Sunday afternoon BBQ's and to your daughter's wedding. They may not be included in your family holidays greeting card, but you'll think about sending them one!

Why are you wasting so much valuable time waiting on hold for assistance?

If you want to experience super awesome customer service then chat with one of our dental software experts at 888-910-4376. Ask about our Google Nexus 7 tablet giveaway for doctors who make the switch by April 25, 2014.

Classic Dental Jokes

"I came in to make an appointment with the doctor," said a nervous man to the receptionist.

"I'm sorry, sir," she replied. "The doctor is not in at the moment, but..."

"Thank you," interrupted the man. "When will he be out again?"
