Greetings!
Just two quick articles here about last weekend and next. This weekend we hope you enjoy the sun after snow melt and maybe a few daffodils will pop through the ground to get you all excited about spring. Boats start to launch in three short weeks!

The Loveliest of Art Shows
|
 The art show:
Fragility and Resilience of our Dunes was a huge success. Everyone who visited enjoyed the newly refurbished event space at 2 South Street which provided the backdrop for the art to pop off of he walls. The catering was to die for and the feeling of spring being just around the corner was palpable. Betsy Lawrence curated and provided for one of the more enjoyable Saturday afternoons on shore we have had in a long time. Thank you to every who attended. I'm having trouble uploading the photos;-( will fix this for next week.

Must See: Tommy Burnham This Saturday
|
Next Saturday Tommy Burnham will be here to provide a custom afternoon session designed to get you and your brain dusted off and ready to sail.
Speaking of dust, we realize that it is St. Patrick's Day weekend and as an added bonus we will have some green beer - Heineken - to celebrate a great day.
I can't say enough times, Tommy is one of the really really good guys in our sport. He is also a phenomenal sailor. This will be an afternoon well worth it. Click Here to sign up. |

This really short newsletter is being brought to you from the shores of St. Mary's College of Maryland where shortly, I'll be on the water umpiring a collegiate team race. Again, wherever you are, I hope you are enjoying your weekend of melting snow and spring thoughts.
Sincerely,
Dawn Riley Oakcliff Sailing Center
