Five More Seniors Headed to College Athletics

Five Bishop Watterson students announced their intent to play college sports on February 3.
Left to right- Matt Pardi, soccer, Ohio Dominican University, St. Michael School and Parish; Abby Demboski, soccer, University of Toledo, St. Brigid School and Parish; Christian Kroger, baseball, Ohio Wesleyan University, St. Andrew School and Parish; Second row: Dylan Murphy, football, Lafayette College, St. Brendan School and Parish; Michael Schweitzer, football, Ashland University, St. Brigid School and Parish.

A few thoughts from these seniors:
"Bishop Watterson challenged me in the classroom and taught me how to work hard and achieve the grades necessary to excel. Coach Manahan and every coach challenged me to better myself as a person and as a player. They taught me to always want more and never settle." (Christian Kroger)

"Watterson encouraged the work ethic and academic skills to achieve my dream of playing for a high-level academic school." (Dylan Murphy)

"The Catholic teachings have guided me to be a true teammate and to have compassion and faith in difficult or competitive situations." (Michael Schweitzer)
