Young Catholic Woman of the Year

Junior

Maya Steller was recently named 2014 Young Catholic Woman of the Year for the Diocese of Columbus. Maya is very involved at her parish, St. Timothy, as an altar server, extraordinary minister of the Eucharist, cantor, Parish School of Religion aide and a founding member of the St. Timothy Revolution youth group. In addition, she has participated in numerous other Diocesan youth projects and events.

At Bishop Watterson, Maya is a Student Council representative and participates in the Music Ministry group at Masses.

We want all of our students to do well as the
2014-15 school year kicks off. One important criterion for school success is sufficient sleep. Parents are encouraged to consider your child's phone habits and whether changes are needed such as a shutoff time and a charging location that is not in the child's bedroom.
