Illumination, Transformation and Remembrance
This energy moves through November allowing the presence of spirit to be felt strongly. As the days become longer, allow yourself to catch glimpses of the transcendental light that illuminates all existence, to feel the love that radiates all around you. It is a good time to love the earth and be loved by it.
Exercise
Take a moment, an hour or a day this month to go out into nature, wherever you can find it, or sit on a hillside, or by a lake, under the sky, the blue sky of spring.
Gently close your eyes and place your hands upon the earth, lean your back against a tree and turn your face to the sky. Allow the thought "I am loved" to permeate your heart, your body, your mind, Feel that love being returned.
From the depths of your being love arises, for all around you. Honour the profound relationship you have with the earth and sky, with water, with the light that surrounds you as you sit there. The love that you give and receive will nourish and sustain you.
Meditation
Take a deep breath, listen to your heart connecting to the rhythm of planet Earth and honour your temple, your body - for it is the physical manifestation of your soul. Know you have great worth and create beauty in all you do - allow your senses to play and create beauty, intimacy and deeper connections with your soul..
Imagine a point of golden light within your heart centre - see it growing into a golden flame, you may see it as a candle that will never extinguish. Feel its beautiful warmth sending waves of relaxation through you. This is your light of awareness and illumination, a guiding presence that is always with you. Go to this light, this flame......Ask it anything......Allow your being to rest in this place. Trust this light knows you... it will always reveal your truth and essence to you, for it is you - it is your higher self, your soul, your spirit.
As you rest in the silence of your golden flame, imagine a beam a ray of light flowing from beyond the stars, from the source of all.... it flows to you and opens you to your calling, you are a channel of Grace and love - all else will unfold and flow from this. This is your sacred contract.
When transformation abounds, the veils between worlds are at their thinnest and, worlds beyond worlds open themselves more readily to your vision. Take this time to open yourself to the love that surrounds you. Take a deep breath and feel surrounded by a field of love. Enjoy bliss, knowingness and love; relax into this, fall into grace.
Focus on your breath, feel your body and come back. Be present in this bliss.♥
Meditation Classes
Denise facilitates a Meditation Gathering, where people come together to feel their natural state of being, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. After a discussion on the meditation topic Denise will guide you through a meditation that generally is 30-40 minutes long. Afterwards, if you want, you can discuss your experiences and ask questions. These classes are designed for all - beginners and experienced. More Info
Classes are held every Wednesday at 7pm - 8.30pm
and Friday at 10am - 11.30am. The cost is $15 per class.
