We recently began working with Canadian hip-hop artist Baba Brinkman on a collection of rap songs that capture the spirit of our conservation efforts in a way that is infectious and heartfelt. Baba is an irrepressible and undeniably creative force who forges art and science into new musical tools for a better world. Because of this and his personal connection with nature, we asked him to create the Rap Guide to Wilderness.
We've heard the songs, and they're awesome! You can check out a demo recording of the lead single " Go WILD" (performed at WILD10) right now. We're all very excited about this album, but we need your help to get it finished, and to spread the word about Baba's music and the message.

Perks
Your contributions will earn you awesome perks like digital downloads, signed CD's and t-shirts, and also amazing personalized benefits including original freestyles and songs written for you by Baba Brinkman. The ones that we're most excited about: the chance to name a species that gets referenced in the lyrics, and the chance to have a character in the music video based on YOU!
Album Launch
Baba has been booked to perform at the World Parks Congress in Sydney, Australia this November 2014; a once-ever-ten-years meeting of the world's conservation organizations, both government and non-profit. With this 30-day campaign, we can just get the project completed in time for Baba to premiere the new music video and release the album on the world stage at WPC2014.
Please contribute what you can and share with your friends, family and colleagues. Help us make this incredible project come to life and inspire a new generation of conservationists with a passion for protecting the wild!
