It is our goal to provide you and your buyers and sellers with up-to-date communication throughout the closing process. In an effort to be great communicators, we need the complete contact information for your clients. We have noticed a trend (especially when utilizing e-signatures) of missing information. In order for your clients to completely fill out all the contact information, you may need to open up all the fields, similar to how you open the signature field to be filled out. Or when the contract is sent to start title and escrow, please provide your client's complete contact information. This facilitates the entire process.
