State of Ohio Liens
Whenever title work is ordered, either for a refinance or a sale, it is inevitable that we will receive questions about a lien on the property - why it attaches to the property and what is the term of the lien. A judgment lien against someone will attach to any property that they own at that time. Here is a list of the majority of liens with the term for each lien:

Child Support Liens attach to after-acquired property and equitable interest. Mechanic's Liens and Condominium Liens attach to specific properties. Other liens attach to all property of the debtor whether real or personal.
