Quick Market Update 

The real estate market finished the summer season strong and is now cruising into fall. Often times, Boulder County's market experiences a lull in early August that lasts beyond Labor Day while families take last-minute vacations and prepare to get back to school. But this year the market didn't slow down -- reflecting an overall pattern of strength in buyer demand.
