All year I have been consistently reporting that market activity and median price are up and this September the market continues to be active with no signs of slowing. To mix it up a bit, I'd like to share some great things happening at RE/MAX of Boulder:

 

In April, we opened another office on the Pearl Street Mall at 1320 Pearl Street next to Falafel King. This new location gives downtown clients a more convenient place to meet and access services. It also allows me to market listings to thousands of passersby. 

 

RE/MAX of Boulder continues to invest in the community through our website BoulderSource.com. The Source is a celebration of everything we love about living and working in Boulder. The Source goes hand-in-hand with our social media efforts on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and others. Our strategy is not about literal self-promotion. It's all about promoting good stuff in the community. The site has featured some of my clients including Sweet Cow, the Rio Grande, Innisfree Poetry Bookstore & Cafe and There With Care. I'd love to feature your business or special interests, just me give me a call.
