Tweetable, likable, pinnable, bloggable
Would you help me share all of the fantastic things about Grinnell? What do you like most about this place? I'm looking for people to share tweetable, likable, pinnable, postable, bloggable Grinnell moments with the world.
You sharing your stories about Grinnell is a million times more effective than any ad I could design. Iowa Tourism has a new blog that invites everyone to post their Iowa stories and they are giving away $20 every day to the blogger who earns the most votes on their post.
Just think of the one event, the one place, or the one experience you love most about Grinnell and write about it. It's really easy! You sharing your personal stories will help people learn more about the great things happening in Grinnell.
If you'd like, I will help you brainstorm topics and edit your posts. I can also help you find photos or graphics to go with your stories.
For inspiration, check out the current posts at TravelIowa.com. Once you submit a post, be sure to let me know so I can share it on our social media and help you get votes!
If you are sharing anything awesome about Grinnell on social media, don't forget to use the hashtag #getintogrinnell or tag our Facebook page!
-Emily Counts
P.S. There is still time to nominate a deserving business, organization or individual for our annual awards!
Nominations will be accepted through Friday, Feb. 6.
