Investment In Grinnell
So much has happened in such a short time. I am wowed by the investments Grinnell business owners have made in this community over the past few years. They invest in their businesses through new signs, store front improvements, and remodels because they know it drives sales. But, at the same time, they really spruce up the built environment. Buildings and how they look are a big part, if not the biggest part, of how a town as a whole looks. It's so important.
I want to give a shout out, a big hug and a huge thank you for how they have changed our landscape for the better. I'm sure I have missed some and I'm only listing notable exteriors here. Whoever I missed, please let me know as I'll do another post next week about notable interiors and any exteriors I missed. Think about it, it's quite remarkable how these individual contributions have made Grinnell shine:
McNally's, Steve Link Ford, Malcom Lumber, The Door Doctor, Starnes TV, Jimmy Johns, Pizza Ranch, Prairie Canary, Sports Page, Cost Cutters, Grinnell Vet Clinic, Plate & Co., Bill's Jewelry, T.L. Baker & Co., Total Choice Shipping & Printing, Gamers, The Purple Cucumber, Solera, The Fix, Kum & Go, Gamers & Relish.
Again, these are recent investments that are on my mind, but wow, how lucky are we that they all chose to spend so many dollars making Grinnell a nice place visually and, at the same time, hopefully boosting sales and making our local economy go. Thank you, your contribution has been tremendous and we are just so lucky you chose Grinnell to make your enterprise go. Who am I missing? And where have you been wowed by what they've done inside?
