What's your song request?
We are looking forward to recognizing Grinnell's outstanding businesses and individuals on Friday night, and we are definitely looking forward to the dueling pianos. Come with song requests! Dress is business casual (jeans are ok) and you'll be standing and socializing so we recommend you stick with comfortable shoes. The appetizers and drinks are ordered, the awards are finalized and certificates are printed, and we have some neat silent auction items ready for someone to take home. It feels like we've all been hibernating and haven't had a chance to see each other this winter, so we're looking forward to Friday. There is still time left to purchase tickets. They are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Everyone is invited, so please reach out to your friends and neighbors and extend an invitation. If you are looking for something to do on Friday, you are welcome to attend even if you aren't affiliated with a Grinnell business. It is an awesome time to meet a lot of people at once, which is especially helpful to those of you who are newer to the area and looking to make connections.

P.S. Thank you to those of you who have been helping us keep the ice rink cleaned off. There was a lot of snow piled on it this morning, but we got it all cleared off and the ice is ready for skaters. Also, stay tuned because Snowpalooza is just around the corner!
