Pianopalooza
Pianopalozza dueling pianos is coming to town! They will be performing at our Annual Celebration on Friday, Feb. 7. This time of year always gets to me with the cold and being stuck indoors most of the time. I hear from a lot of you that there isn't enough to do here in the winter, and it's true there seem to be less community events this time of year (although you can at least get out ice skate now!). This is our one winter Friday Fest and is Grinnell's networking event of the year, so I hope you can make it.
EVERYONE is invited. We mean it. This is not a fancy banquet just for CEOs (although they're still invited). It's a casual night to get out of the house, reconnect with friends and meet some new people. If you are new to town or looking for a job, this is definitely the place to network with a lot of people at one time. And since you weren't ready to end the party so early last year, we're not doing a full-fledged awards presentation onstage this year. Award winners will instead be revealed throughout the evening. This means more time to talk, drink, eat and enjoy a Friday night out in Grinnell. Make sure Feb. 7 is on your calendar!
