Making progress
We have made tremendous progress on the ice skating rink this week! The Chamber staff has been consumed with setting it up over the past few days and we are so excited to get our skates out soon! It has been a cold week of work in Central Park but, with the help of many volunteers pitching in, we are on the home stretch.

The Fire Department is finishing filling the rink right now and then it is just a waiting game. It will take at least a couple days for the ice to freeze all the way through. We know everyone is excited, but please do not touch the ice yet. There will be signs up as soon as it is ready. We will continue to post updates on our Facebook page and will let you know as soon as it is ready! In the meantime, take a look at the photos of our progress on Facebook. Make sure you like our page our follow us on Twitter to be the first to know when the rink is ready for skaters.

P.S. Get out and enjoy all our fantastic shops this weekend! Click here to download the Holiday Shopping Guide.
