ORLANDO, FL - WTMO Telemundo Orlando is the #1 choice for Spanish-language news in Orlando, according to Nielsen's February 2014 survey. Telenoticias Orlando was the most watched newscast at both 6pm and 11pm among adults 18-34. The late edition at 11pm also led among adults 18-49 and adults 25-54.  Both newscasts delivered double-digit increases in audience from last year. The station's broadcast of Telenoticias Puerto Rico at 11:30pm also captured the top spot among the previously mentioned demos, outperforming the competition by 50%.

"Telemundo Orlando's commitment to the community begins with our local newscast," commented Gilberto Companioni, News Director.  "The station is proud to be the preferred source of news for local Hispanics and will continue to excel with compelling, relevant local coverage of the stories that matter most.  We are delighted to see that our dedication and passion resonates with viewers."
