WRDM Telemundo Hartford Sweeps February
The station is #1 for the 5th consecutive survey
Hartford, CT - Telemundo is the #1 choice for Spanish-language programming in Hartford-New Haven, according to Nielsen's February survey. For the fifth consecutive measurement period, WRDM Telemundo Hartford led all Spanish stations sign-on to sign-off (M-Su 5a-2a), delivering 44% of the audience among adults 18-49 and more than half the audience among adults 18-34 and 25-54.
Fueled by its popular lineup of original programming, Telemundo Hartford was #1 in primetime Monday-Friday from 7-11pm, with more than 50% of the audience in key demos including adults 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54. At 7pm, Caso Cerrado Edición Estelar was Telemundo Hartford's highest rated primetime program with a rating more than three times the closest competitor. The new hit novela La Impostora at 8pm led Spanish television among adults 25-54 and Santa Diabla finished out its run at #1 in the 10pm timeslot.
Additionally, Telemundo Hartford was the most-watched Spanish-language station in early fringe, leading the competition with adults 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54. In fact, among adults 18-34, the station's share of early fringe was greater than all other Spanish-language stations combined. Popular court show Caso Cerrado and news magazine Al Rojo Vivo con María Celeste continue to be #1 at 4pm and 5pm respectively.
