KTDO 48 surpassed all other television stations in El Paso in primetime and early fringe among adults 18-49, regardless of language, according to the latest Nielsen survey. The station led the closest competitor in the key 18-49 demographic by 32%. KTDO's primetime dominance was driven by the hugely popular novela, El Se�or de Los Cielos at 9pm, which was the highest rated primetime program in the market. Additionally, primetime novelas Pasi�n Prohibida and La Patrona commanded more than 60% of the Spanish-language television audience. Telemundo's hit court TV show, Caso Cerrado, was #1 in the market at 3pm and news magazine, Al Rojo Vivo con Mar�a Celeste, tied for #1 among adults 18-34 at 4pm. Telenoticias El Paso, KTDO's local news, experienced significant audience increases as well. KTDO was the most watched Spanish-language station from sign-on to sign-off (Monday to Sunday, 5am-2am) among adults 18-34, outperforming the Univision affiliate KINT by almost 30%.

WTMO Orlando Expands Coverage
WTMO Orlando is now available on channel 27.3 over the air. The expanded digital signal is simulcasted on WRDQ and reaches all 9 counties in the viewing area. WTMO also recently completed the initial phase of the HD facility upgrade. WZDC Washington, DC Debuts Local Public Affairs Show
WZDC Washington, DC, in partnership with News Channel 8, debuted Agenda with Danny Vargas, the first and only public affairs show locally produced in both Spanish and English. A new and original program, Agenda presents critical analysis and in-depth interviews with community leaders, business owners, government officials and other special guests who provide thought-provoking insights into topics such as education, immigration, jobs, health care and the economy. Host Danny Vargas is an award-winning businessman, media personality, military veteran and political activist. |

WRMD Tampa Delights with Fiesta Mexicana
WRMD Tampa hosted the 4th annual Fiesta Mexicana for the residents of Palmetto on May 19, attracting viewers of all ages. Participants celebrated the contributions, culture and traditions of the Mexican community with none other than Pen�lope Menchaca, the charismatic Mexican host of Telemundo's hit dating show 12 Corazones. The event delighted attendees with plenty of entertainment and activities including a jaripeo, a traditional Mexican rodeo, and musical performances from local bands and Mexican groups La Ruidosa Banda Estrella from Guanajuato, and Grupo Maravilla from Puebla. |

Boxeo Telemundo Scores Knock-Outs in Orlando and Tampa
Boxeo Telemundo was in Orlando for the all-star fight between former World Champion Vicente "El Loco" Mosquera and Cosme "El Chino" Rivera at the Kissimmee Civic Center on June 28. The fight was the third in a series of four on Telemundo. The first two took place in Mexico with the final two in Florida. Ana Jurka, WTMO's Sports Anchor, previewed the matches and was ringside with the fighters for exclusive interviews. Mosquera defeated Rivera in 7 rounds. The final fight in the series was in Tampa on July 12 at the A La Carte Pavillion. Hometown favorite Charlie "La Bestia" Serrano fell to Aalan "Bombardero" Martinez in a 12 round unanimous decision. |

Rom�ntica 900am Hosts Local Students
Rom�ntica 900am opened their office and studios to area students from the youth gang prevention program, My Life, My Family, My Future. The group was interested in learning more about the radio industry. Rom�ntica 900am's staff and on-air personalities shared their experiences and gave advice about pursuing broadcasting opportunities. The students were even given the opportunity to go LIVE on-air during the morning show Una Buena Ma�ana. |

WRIW Providence Hits a Home Run with the PawSox
WRIW Providence invited the station's partners and clients to celebrate Telemundo Day with the Pawtucket Red Sox, the local minor league Triple-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. The group enjoyed a summer BBQ while watching the PawSox take on the Syracuse Chiefs. The event was held at McCoy Stadium on June 11 with ZGS's own Mike Gillespie throwing out the first pitch! |

WTMO Orlando Draws Record Crowds
WTMO Orlando hosted the 3rd annual
Fiesta de las Madres at the Florida Mall on May 11 to celebrate and honor women. With over 30 participating vendors, this year's Fiesta offered a variety of entertainment, resources, information, and activities to over 6,000 attendees. The Telenoticias Orlando and Entre Nos teams signed autographs, Grupo 5 Solz energized the crowd, and the Colombian singer Widy had everyone singing along to her hit, Baby Baby. Daniel Sarcos, comedian and personality from Telemundo's morning show Un Nuevo D�a, kept attendees laughing with his acts. He also served as one of the judges for the final competition of WTMO's extremely successful dancing competition, I Love Salsa. |

WZDC Washington Celebrates Local Mothers
WZDC Washington hosted Fiesta de Las Madres for the 5th consecutive year on May 19, delighting participants with hilarious on-stage competitions including the Carrera De Los Machos, with men racing around cones in high-heels and a contest where men applied make-up to their wives. Telemundo celebrities David Chocarro and Aylin Mujica also participated in the festivities, signing autographs and posing with fans. |

WWDT Ft. Myers-Naples Rocks Feria
WWDT Ft. Myers-Naples hosted the 7th annual La Feria de la Familia at Harborside Event Center on June 9. The event was emceed by local celebrities John Hernandez and Xamayta Melendez, with live performances from Barbara Alonso, Jordaine, Gretchen, Grupo Yahari, and Toby Love. Participants received free health screenings, delicious food samplings, and a chance to win prizes. La Batalla de DJ's, a local DJ competition, was held for the first time at the event. DJs had five minutes to demonstrate their skills and the DJ that generated the best response from the audience won cash and round-trip airfare for two to Cancun. The participants in the battle were Jorge Reyna a.k.a."DJ MC Jay," Brian Camaran a.k.a "DJ Tanke," and the winner, Roberto Ordonez a.k.a "DJ EQ." |

WNEU Boston Brings La Feria To Central Massachusetts
WNEU hosted its second La Feria de la Familia of the year at the Greendale Mall in Worcester, introducing the popular event to Central Massachusetts. Hispanics in the area enjoyed an afternoon filled with free information, health resources, services, entertainment, and family activities. Emceed by Ver�nica Robles, hostess and producer of the local show �rale con Ver�nica, La Feria offered performances by local artists Wilda M�ndez, Ray Liriano, Julio Bare and Rafy El Querido and dance groups Cultura Latina and Latin Beat. |

May Sweeps Highlights
May Sweeps was another successful survey for ZGS's Nielsen Stations:
- KTDO El Paso led all stations in the market, regardless of language, in primetime and early fringe among adults 18-34 and 18-49.
- WNEU Boston was the primetime and early fringe Spanish-language leader among adults 18-49 and 25-54, with more than half of the audience.
- WTMO Orlando was the number-one Spanish-language station in early fringe among adults 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54.
- WRMD Tampa was the Spanish-language leader in early fringe among adults 25-54, with half of the audience.
- KVDA San Antonio was the only Spanish-language station in the market to grow its primetime share of audience, increasing by 125% book-to-book among adults 18-49 and 25-54.
- KNSO Fresno delivered double-digit book-to-book growth in both early fringe and primetime among adults 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54.
