Principal's Message
Dear Parents, June 2, 2013
 Change of Assembly Day: The assembly this week will be on Tuesday, June 4th NOT on Monday. Please make a note. Thank you. We will be honoring all students with perfect attendance. International Day Success: Thank you to Keri Weaver, Jodi Barbera and all of the many parents that created International Day last Thursday. The children delighted in their experience of the five countries, all of which were represented by school families. After lunch the fifth graders challenged the staff to the annual kickball game and won. What a fantastic day!
 Dismissal Schedule: This Wednesday, June 5 and Friday, June 7 dismissal time for all grades will be 1:05 pm. and this Thursday, June 6 times will remain the same at 1:30 pm for Kinder and 1:45 pm for Grades 1 - 5.
 Culminating Calendar: The Culmination Ceremony schedules are as follows; The Kindergarten "Graduation" Ceremony will be Thursday, June 6 at 9:00 am. Our culminating Fifth Grade Class of 2013 Ceremony is scheduled the next day Friday, June 7 at 8:30 am. Both will be in the auditorium.
 2013-2014 Student Classroom Assignments: As we approach the end of this school year and prepare for next Fall, please be reminded that our teachers and the Principal will be responsible for deciding the 2013-2014 student assignments. As noted in your Parent/Student Handbook, parents may not request specific teachers. Prior to the start of school on Tuesday, August 13 the new class rosters will be posted in the front of the school at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, August 12. Additionally, the school will be mailing your classroom placements to your home in August.
