Teaching Hebrew Speakers to speak English A comprehensive 3 day/15 hour course provides you with practical skills and knowledge to improve your teaching and/or help you initiate small group learning in your area, for Hebrew speaking students. You will learn how to run small group sessions to teach Kindergarten - 6th grade children how to speak in English. Come to hear about techniques such as story telling, games, songs and more.
Every participant will receive a curriculum booklet and a tape/CD of songs used alongside the curriculum.

Teaching the Young English Speaker

 A 3 day/15 hour course provides you with A.H.A.V.A.'s comprehensive Kindergarten - 10th grade curriculum. Learn practical skills and knowledge to improve your teaching. Learn how to teach the fundamentals as well as the creative. We start with how to teach reading, writing, spelling, and then continue with creative writing, English poetry and literature. In addition you will hear about our special programs like the Readathon, our Academic Fair, visiting authors, and our Writing Exhibition.
Every participant will receive a curriculum booklet which includes the outline of the course.
