Correction to the Visa Bulletin for August 2014

We would like to offer a small correction to the Visa Bulletin for August 2014 published in our July 2014 Newsletter, specifically regarding the Employment-Based Preferences. The correct priority date for August in the Second Preference (EB-2) for India is "22 JAN 09" and not "22 NOV 09" as had been listed. Kindly accept our sincere apologies for this error. All other content is of course, correct. Please find the complete August 2014 Visa Bulletin below.
