JUMP JUMP- EB2 India Priority Dates
Starting August 1, 2013, the priority date for India EB-2 category will advance from September 1, 2004 to January 1, 2008. All employees with an approved I-140 and a priority date on or before January 1, 2008, will now be eligible to apply for permanent residence. Please contact our office to begin this process today!
This also means that employees who previously filed their permanent residence petitions in 2007, which have since been pending, will now begin to receive adjudications on their petitions. Note: USCIS has not released updated processing times, so at this point we cannot predict how long it will take for decisions on pending cases to be processed. It is important that USCIS have your most current contact information, in order to ensure that you receive any notices regarding your petition. Please contact our office if you have any questions about updating your contact information with USCIS.

Supporting Our Troops and Showing Our Love for the Military
Challa Law continues to send a box every month to our Military men and women who are overseas. If you would like to be a part of our continuing effort, you can donate and we will purchase the items to send them on your behalf, along with hand written notes to our troops.
