Each quarter, Taylor Johnson client Luxury Living Chicago Realty breaks down the data it accumulates as the top luxury rental brokerage firm in Chicago to highlight trends the firm is seeing in Class A buildings downtown. One notable trend Luxury Living Chicago saw in Q2 was the increase in the number of out-of-state clients looking to rent in the city, which coincides with the increasing number of companies relocating their headquarters to downtown Chicago.
