Taylor Johnson client CA Ventures recently began construction on a 102-unit luxury apartment tower at 8 E. Huron in Chicago's Gold Coast. Like many Gold Coast denizens, this new 'resident' will be dressed to impress with high-end finishes and 8,000 square feet of amenity space. Upon completion, the tower will include a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, with ultra-luxury three-bedroom, 3½ bath suites. The location also scores points for walkability: it is just one block east of a 30,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market and two blocks south of the Chicago Red Line station.
