Caroline and Hank Wolf and Caroline's mother, Jane, have a unique multi-generational household at Heritage Harbor, where they live in separate, but neighboring homes.


According to the National Association of Realtors, 13 percent of buyers last year chose homes for multiple generations. As such, architects, developers and builders alike are working hard to create solutions to accommodate these households while ensuring everyone still has their own space.
