First Suburban Luxury Rentals Since 1990 To Open In Itasca
REJournals.com

M&R Development recently broke ground on The Residences at Hamilton Lakes, a 297-unit luxury rental community adjacent to the Hamilton Lakes Business Park in Itasca, Ill.

When Taylor Johnson client M&R Development broke ground on a 297-unit luxury rental community adjacent to the Hamilton Lakes Business Park in Itasca, Ill., we knew the media would be interested, as it had been more than 25 years since Itasca saw a rental project of this kind. Getting the scoop was REJournals.com, which reported how The Residences at Hamilton Lakes will meet a growing need for luxury rental housing in proximity to employment and transportation centers, offering amenities comparable to those found in downtown high-rises. As the story notes, the community will even offer a free shuttle bus to take residents to the nearby business park and Metra station.
