In honor of The Habitat Company's 45th anniversary, the firm's volunteer team recently joined residents of The Pomeroy, a Habitat-managed senior living community, for a Zumba party.


Following the lead of apartment and hospitality development, senior housing communities are making amenity spaces and common areas a priority as residents place increased importance on these lifestyle features. In this recent REJournals.com article, Taylor Johnson clients
