Taylor Johnson is proud to announce it now represents CA Ventures, a Chicago-based real estate investment, development and management firm whose $6.3 billion portfolio includes properties throughout the U.S. and select markets in South America. Founded in 2004 with a focus on student housing, the company has since diversified into other sectors, including office, hospitality, multifamily and senior lifestyle. Earlier this month, the firm's senior division, CA Senior, announced a joint venture with an affiliate of Goldman, Sachs & Co. to develop 14 assisted living and memory care communities across the country, including a 101-unit community in Mason, Ohio. GlobeSt.com, Senior Housing News, Multi-Housing News and the Cincinnati Business Courier were among the outlets that reported on the venture's first development and broader demand for senior housing.
