Greenbrier Senior Living, a division of Taylor Johnson client Evergreen Real Estate Group, held a ceremonial groundbreaking March 15 to kick off construction on Greenbrier of Prospect Heights, a new assisted living and memory care community in Prospect Heights, Ill. Scheduled to deliver in 2017, the $30 million development includes a three-story, 69-unit assisted living facility, as well as a one-story, 32-unit building for memory care.
