The 19-story Residences at NEWCITY tower, the residential portion of the NEWCITY development in Lincoln Park, has earned LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

In fact, Bucksbaum Retail Properties, Structured Development and JP Morgan Asset Management recently announced the Residences at NEWCITY earned LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Part of a mixed-use development in the heart of Lincoln Park, the Residences at NEWCITY features a higher level of insulation and indoor air quality, plus energy-efficient appliances, a green roof, and uses green cleaning materials, while individual residences are built to conserve water, electricity and natural gas.
