The music industry has the Grammys, movies have the Oscars and now Taylor Johnson announces the TIFs  -- the top TJ TALK, Instagram and Facebook posts of the year. It was a heated race for most-opened TJ TALK feature of 2015, but in the end a much-deserving woman claimed the prize -- Fifield Cos.' Erin Di Paola Named To Crain's 2015 Class Of 40 Under 40. Our next winner's mantel is getting crowded with the number of awards he's won over the years, but Steve Fifield needs to make room for one more as the top Instagram post from the night he won the 2015 Impact Award at the Lincoln Park Builders Forum. In the Facebook category, posts that showed the softer side of TJ scored big -- whether we were donning prom attire or skydiving at iFly. But it's hard to top a good makeover story as our Chicago Agent Who's Who photo shoot reigned supreme with more than 400 views/engagements.
