The Mayfair Collection, a new regional shopping center in Wauwatosa, Wis., developed by Taylor Johnson client HSA Commercial Real Estate, has added another national retailer to its growing list of tenants. Off/Aisle by Kohl's has leased the final anchor space in the center's first phase, with plans to open a new 23,392-square-foot storefront -- one of the first Off/Aisle pilot locations in the country -- this spring. WISN 12 News recently spoke with HSA's Tim Blum about the latest addition to the center, whose Whole Foods-anchored second phase will open later this month.
