Taylor Johnson client Fifield Cos. has broken ground on The Sinclair, a 390-unit, mixed-use luxury apartment project in Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood that will also include three floors of premier penthouse units, more than 50,000 square feet of amenity space and a 55,000-square-foot flagship Jewel-Osco grocery store.
