Fifield To Launch $230-Million Gold Coast Apartment Project

Fifield Cos. has begun site work on The Sinclair, a 35-story uber luxury apartment tower in Chicago's Gold Coast.


Taylor Johnson client Fifield Cos. has officially started site work on The Sinclair, a 390-unit transit-oriented, mixed-use luxury apartment project at Clark and Division streets in Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood. In addition to luxury rental units, the development will also include a 55,000-square-foot flagship Jewel-Osco store. Demolition on the site began yesterday and delivery is expected in Summer 2017.
