The Oaks of Vernon Hills earns LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
The Oaks of Vernon Hills, a luxury apartment community in Vernon Hills developed by Taylor Johnson client REVA Development Partners, has earned LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. In a recent interview with Multi-Housing News, REVA's Matt Nix provided an overview of the eco-friendly features of The Oaks, and also explained the importance of LEED certification not just for the environment, but also for attracting and retaining renters.
