The new entity, aptly named SVN | Denver Commercial, will give SVN's Chicago clients direct access to the rapidly growing Denver market, and Denver clients access to Chicago investment capital. On top of that, SVN | Chicago also brokered the lease of a 27,000-square-foot build-to-suit medical office building for Northwest Healthcare Associates at Blackberry Falls, a new office park in northwest suburban Hoffman Estates.
