73 East Lake was named Chicago's top luxury rental community by Homescout Realty. The building features three floors of amenities, including an indoor pool and oversized spa with waterfall.

The results are in for Homescout Realty's list of the "Top 25 Chicago Luxury Apartments," and for the second year in a row, Taylor Johnson clients are leading the pack. Claiming the top spot is M & R Development's 73 East Lake, followed by The Habitat Company's Hubbard Place. In ranking the communities, Homescout considered each building's design, amenities, unit features, and location, among other criteria. You can view the full 2015 list here.
