Congratulations to Taylor Johnson client Morningside Equities Group on winning a Project Vision Award from the Urban Land Institute earlier this month. One of the Chicago real estate industry's most prestigious honors, the Vision Awards recognize work that uses creative development practices, inventive partnerships, and visionary ideas contributing to the growth of vibrant communities. Morningside earned the award for the development of Wheaton 121, a luxury rental community in Wheaton, Ill.
The firm is currently developing NorthShore 770, a mixed-use luxury rental community in Northbrook, Ill.
