Local Designers Illustrate Luxury Living At Fifield's E2 Designer Showcase
Multi-Housing News

Caroline Grace's Home - A winning design by Bardes Interiors/Maze Home for the E2 Designer Showcase

To celebrate the grand opening of its latest project, E2, a 356-unit luxury apartment project in downtown Evanston, Taylor Johnson client Fifield Companies recently hosted a Designer Showcase featuring seven local designers, including TJ client Morgante Wilson Architects, who also handled interior design for all common areas and amenity spaces at E2. As Randy Fifield explained to Multi-Housing News, designers were asked to create an eclectic mix of nine model apartments. "We created this event to give residents on the North Shore an up-close look at the possibilities luxury rental living can bring," Fifield said.

More than 700 people attended the three-night event, which highlighted models ranging from an artist studio to a chic two-bedroom retreat. Winning models were chosen each night, with Brook Furniture and Staging North Shore winning nights one and two, and Bardes Interiors/Maze Home winning night three.
