Congratulations to HSA Commercial as The Milwaukee Business Journal recently honored the firm's Mayfair Collection Phase 1 in Wauwatosa, Wisc., as the Retail Project of the Year. The publication's annual awards acknowledge the most notable projects from across the Milwaukee area. Phase 1 of The Mayfair Collection opened in April 2014 and consisted of adaptively repurposing obsolete warehouse buildings along Highway 45 into new, contemporary retail experiences. Today, the center includes retailers such as Nordstrom Rack, Dick's Sporting Goods, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, and more. A Whole Foods, which will anchor the center's second phase, is scheduled to open in February 2016.
