Todd Stofflet of KIG expects 2015 to be a better year in multifamily than the very strong 2014.
It's no secret that 2014 was a great year for multifamily practitioners. Yet 2015 could be shaping up to be even better, according to Taylor Johnson client Todd Stofflet of Kiser Institutional Group. Stofflet will head up brokerage efforts for the Midwest-based institutional multifamily investment firm, and he believes that investors will be bullish on acquisitions this year as new product product leases up quickly and rents continue to climb. On another note, KIG recently launched a new website with a first-of-its-kind interactive multifamily map. To get the latest on Chicago multifamily properties, check out this new useful tool.
