HSA Commercial Real Estate and Fiduciary Real Estate Development have agreed in principal to develop up to 1,050 luxury residences over seven to ten years on land next to The Mayfair Collection shopping center in Wauwatosa, Wis.

With the recent major success of its Mayfair Collection retail development, HSA, in partnership with Fiduciary Real Estate Development, has announced the next phase of its master plan with The District, a mixed-use development consisting of more than 1,000 luxury rental residences and 50,000 square feet of retail. The District will be adjacent to The Mayfair Collection, which is currently in Phase 2 of its construction and will include a Whole Foods Market and a 144-room Hilton Homewood Suites hotel.
