Top Midwest Apartment Brokers Partner To Launch Kiser Institutional Group

Lee Kiser, principal, Todd Stofflet, managing partner, and Susan Tjarksen, principal and managing broker, have partnered to launch Kiser Institutional Group, a privately held institutional multifamily brokerage firm headquartered in Chicago.

 
Taylor Johnson is excited to announce the launch of its new client Kiser Institutional Group (KIG). The firm is a partnership of multifamily experts Todd Stofflet, Susan Tjarksen and Lee Kiser. The new company will be spearheaded by Stofflet, who brings a wealth of Midwest institutional brokerage experience and contacts to the firm.
