The Oaks of Vernon Hills is a 304-unit luxury rental community in north suburban Vernon Hills, Ill.

Last fall, Taylor Johnson client REVA Development celebrated the grand opening and first move-ins at its new community The Oaks of Vernon Hills in Vernon Hills, and the response has been terrific. The community, which is being leased and managed by Taylor Johnson client Kinzie Real Estate Group, is already nearly 25 percent leased.
