The Indianapolis market continues to be kind to Taylor Johnson client HSA Commercial. The firm recently landed its second lease at its 220,000-square-foot speculative facility in Plainfield, Ind. Kuehne + Nagel, a Switzerland-based global logistics service provider, signed a lease for 59,895 square feet, bringing the facility to 54 percent leased. More tenant announcements are coming soon.
