Renting an apartment shouldn't mean you have to sacrifice outdoor space. At least that's what today's savvy developers are suggesting with amenities such as large, open courtyards that provide multiple recreational options for residents. The Chicago Tribune recently looked at this growing trend and highlighted Taylor Johnson clients Morningside Group and M/I Homes for their amazing courtyard space at developments Wheaton 121 and Easton Park.
