Indianapolis continues to be a winning market for Taylor Johnson client HSA Commercial. The firm recently signed a 60,000-square-foot lease at its new speculative industrial facility in Plainfield, Ind. According to Bob Smietana, vice chairman and CEO of HSA, tenant demand has been strong and he anticipates a full lease-up of the 220,000-square-foot facility by the end of the year. In other HSA news, construction is moving swiftly at HSA PrimeCare's 30,000-square-foot on-campus business center at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, Ill. The firm recently put together a cool time-lapse video displaying the building's precast completion.
