Co-developers Morningside Group and Crossroads Development Partners have broken ground on NorthShore 770.
The development team of Morningside Equities Group and Crossroads Development Partners broke ground Wednesday on NorthShore 770, a 347-unit luxury apartment project and 101,435-square-foot Mariano's-anchored retail center at 770 Skokie Blvd. in Northbrook, Ill. The turnout for the event was fantastic and Taylor Johnson managed to coordinate with both local and regional media to generate coverage for the exciting new development.
