Lexington Homes has sold 70 percent of its 31 rowhomes at Lexington Station in Morton Grove since grand opening this spring.
According to a recent report covered in Crain's Chicago Business, Chicago-area new-home sales plunged in the second quarter because there was so little to buy. With high demand for new-construction homes, builders like Taylor Johnson clients Lexington Homes and Edward R.
